- Alignment: Keep a pulse on hospitality tech trends, guest behaviors, and internal hotel operational pain points to uncover new product opportunities.
3. Management & Resource Planning
- Agile Leadership: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives. Keep the product backlog exceptionally clean and prioritized.
- Resource Optimization: Collaborate tightly with tech leads and

4. Overall UI/UX Design Collaboration
- User Advocacy: Partner with UI/UX designers to map out intuitive guest and staff user journeys.
- Wireframing & Feedback: Possess the visual literacy to evaluate design mockups, create basic wireframes when brainstorming, and ensure the final user interface aligns perfectly with user experience goals.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central hub connecting Hotel Operations, Marketing,
Business Development, and the Tech Team.
- English Fluency: Articulate product logic, negotiate scope, and present product updates confidently in English to both internal teams and potential international partners or stakeholders.
Experience & Education
- Middle Level: 2 to 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Senior Level: 5+ years of experience leading software products, preferably within E-commerce, PropTech, Hospitality, O2O (Online-to-Offline), or SaaS ecosystems.
