Helping customers and prospects consider the right technology is crucial. We do this by delivering highly effective demonstrations and presentations for business and technical stakeholders alike.
As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that potential customers have a clear understanding of Magnolia's technical capabilities so they can meet their business goals. You will do so by partnering up with Sales, Partner Management, and Customer Success to navigate the complex technical landscapes of digital transformation.
The position primarily concentrates on APAC. However, you may also participate in cross-regional projects with teams from other regions to guarantee alignment with the HQ strategy and direction. What You Will Be Doing
You play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, identifying technological solutions, and devising comprehensive implementation plans to meet organizational objectives. This involves collaborating with subject matter experts to identify areas of improvement and defining requirements to ensure that Magnolia's solutions address the specific business needs of our clients.
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and others, to ensure effective solution implementation.
Engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns (customer-facing).
Drawing on your expert knowledge of development, integration, Magnolia deployment, and system architecture, you will provide guidance and support to both internal and external teams.
Assessing the current system's architecture, recommending improvements, and troubleshooting technical challenges are ongoing responsibilities.
You will also stay abreast of cutting-edge technology to ensure that our customers achieve their high-achieving goals.

What Do You Bring In
Must have:
A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years specifically as a Solution Expert in Java, building, or managing the development of a complex, commercial enterprise-class product.
Proficient in Vietnamese and English languages (at least B2), both written and spoken.
Experience with a broad range of operating systems, application servers, databases, and related products (e.g., Unix, Solaris, OSX, Windows; WebSphere, WebLogic, Glassfish, Tomcat, JBoss; Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).
Experience in HTTP, HTML, XML, Web server, server-side Java, and databases.
Flexibility and willingness to travel within Vietnam/APAC and other regions as needed to support customer success.
A collaborative can-do attitude and a relentless focus on helping our customers succeed.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Nice to have:
Proficiency in a range of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or [protected info] (nice to have).
Experienced working with Containerization, VM such as Docker, VMWare, and Orchestrators such as Kubernetes Engine, and Docker Swarm and strong knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD (nice to have).
In-depth understanding of Cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure effective solution implementation for business needs.
