Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Audio Systems Engineer with strong expertise in speech/audio signal processing and working knowledge of AI-based audio models.
You will train and optimize audio models for various voice/audio use cases, integrate AI with speech processing DSP blocks, and collaborate with software and Customer Engineering teams to deliver production-quality solutions across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize and tune AI based audio solutions, including ECNS, noise suppression, and filtering
Evaluate and improve speech quality using objective and subjective methods
Work closely with software and Customer Engineering teams to enable and debug end-to-end use cases
Support customer deployments and field issues through tuning, model improvements, or targeted analysis
Contribute to model training, validation, and selection for ECNS processing
Collaborate with research teams to improve algorithms and models
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for speech/audio
5+ years of experience in audio/voice signal processing
Hands-on experience with ECNS, noise suppression, or speech enhancement
Experience with MATLAB and/or Python
Strong C/C++ programming skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI models for speech/audio processing
Experience integrating DSP and AI in real-time systems
Familiarity with audio quality evaluation methods
Experience with embedded or low-power platforms
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field (PhD preferred)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
