JOB DESCRIPTION
Development of DevOPS Pipelines for Hybrid AWS+OnPrem Automated Provisioning, Deployment and Release Management for infrastructure, platforms and 300+ app and services being migrated to AWS
Effective Requirements Management: Ability to extract/elicit/discover/document ambient and aspirational requirements and map out appropriate DevSecOPS solutions based on best practices
High Level & Low-Level Solution Architecture/Design/Documentation/Articulation/Communications/Presentations
Lead & Mentor Team on architecture/design/technologies/principles/concepts
Hands-On Pipeline Development for a 100% automated infra and software release management
Be accountable for delivery for a squad of 4-5 DevSecOPS engineers
Design & Code Reviews
Design, Standards & Best Practices Documentation & Dissemination
Ability and aptitude to work in an Agile delivery model along with team
50% of the work will be direct hands-on deliverables and 50% on design, team and delivery leadership
Reporting to Delivery Manager & Program Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Extensive recent (last 3 years) Hands-on experience in all core DSO skills and experience with most of the specialized DSO skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving & communications skills
Experience in the banking domain would be a plus
