Pando Labs is a technology startup building innovative software, with a strong focus on Web3 products.
We're hiring a Middle Marketing Executive to help drive our Web3 projects forward. We're looking for someone who is genuinely engaged with Web3 (not just familiar with it in theory), energetic and adaptable in a fast-changing environment, and comfortable working across X (Twitter), Facebook, and Telegram.
Core Responsibilities
Interact with the community to maintain hype and retention.
Manage social channels (X, Facebook, Telegram...) - research trends, produce content, and post with a strong sense of timing.
Execute marketing activities: campaigns, events, quests, airdrops, community activation.
Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion).
Support partnership outreach.
Plan and own marketing campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Proactively contribute ideas for creative and experimental growth initiatives.

Yêu cầu
1. Strong written English.
2. Energetic and highly adaptable - Web3 trends, narratives, and community sentiment can shift within days; you need to be comfortable changing direction fast.
3. Working understanding of Web3 fundamentals.
4. Proven ability to plan and own campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision.
5. At least 1 year of experience in Marketing/Growth, with hands-on Web3 campaign experience required.
