The Station MEP - Underground Engineer will support the Civil and Trackwork Manager (International) in all technical matters of MEP for Underground station and TBM structure and external utilities around corridor - design and construction
Main duties:
Coordinate the review of design related to these structures, including Mechanical equipments, Drainage and plumbing, Low voltage electrical systems, Fire-fighting equipments, Tunnle Ventilation System, etc...
Carry out Design review whenever required and instructed and prepare RCS with technical comments
Monitor and update the list of RCS (Review Comment Sheets) issued by LC
Follow-up and monitor the issuance of design packages by designers, and make sure the RCS is issued on-time to VSP and designers
Liaise directly with VSP, SGC, contractors, designers, to resolve any issue related to design review and issue of SONO
Participate to update and finalization of Design Management Plan and ensure that the processes are followed by contractors and designers; report to LC and VSP if any non-compliance of the Design Management processes
Liaise with external ICE
Help prepare the PCCC documents and liaise directly with PCCC whenevr required to help get approval
Participate to the Construction Supervision activities of LC: Participate to construction site for audits, hold-points, issues at site
Assist VSP and main contractors in resolving issues at site
Reviewing and checking the compliance of construction documents (method statements, ITP, review forms, etc...) and make sure the Construction Management plan processes are followed
Report to LC, VSP and contractors if there is any non-compliance with processes defined in CMP
Monitor and report any issue related to HSE, in full compliance with HSE plan produced by LC and Contractors
Actively organize meetings related to design & construction with client and contractors and designers, prepare MoM and follow-up action plans
Participate to overall reporting of the project: Weekly Meetings / Monthly Reports / Risk register
