JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Strategic Assistant to support our CEO in working on multiple projects (either strategic long-term projects or else taking control of urgent issues that are troubling the Board), acting as a "gatekeeper" to the CEO, trying to resolve problems that don't need a lot of CEO attention, and finally to ensure that various departments are working collaboratively by making connections that otherwise wouldn't be made.
CORE TASKS
1. Assist CEO to track and provide analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial performance and the market
2. Develop and communicate strategic road map, corporate strategies and business strategies
3. Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other business heads
4. Complete all reporting activities accurately and on time
5. Coordinate PGPI projects or any initiatives under CEO assignment
6. Lead the daily activities of the CEO's Office to ensure the correct direction, activities, and pace for the CEO, following the business' strategic ambition and priorities
7. Decision making on behalf of CEO: represent and act on behalf of the CEO in approving issues or working with departments or state agencies within authorized authority.
8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Background / Experience
• Graduated from University of Business Administration / Finance or equivalent (bachelor's degree or postgraduate)
• At least 4 years of similar working experience in multinational corporations
• Experience or qualifications in Finance/ Project Management is preferable
• Advanced English skills (listening - speaking - reading - writing),
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
