Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities
Manage partnerships with creators or partners and develop new partnership opportunities.
Help creators or partners to understand and adopt YouTube products or features to grow their channels and audience. Analyze and track metrics to identify trends and highlight issues.
Resolve business issues with creators or partners.
Work cross-functionally to support business opportunities.
Implement projects and other initiatives and share best practices with peers.

Yêu cầu

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with project management and business with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience in program management.
Knowledge of the media industry and content creators.
Excellent thinking skills with knowledge of the creator and content ecosystem, and online business.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent consultation and investigative skills in contractual, technical and financial issues.
