Working as a Strategic Planner here means:
You are responsible for establishing the client's communication objectives and formulating communication strategies to achieve them. Simultaneously, the Strategic Planner is regarded as the agency's "fairy" for generating a creative brief that is both accurate and motivating for the creative team.
So it means that you are good at:
Most frequent duties
Be a primary, day-to-day contact for all matters of strategy and planning, including research, briefs, workshops, and creative collaboration
Detect consumer insights and turn insights into strategic ideas and integrated communication solutions
Partner with Account Services to gain client approval to recommended strategic direction
Partner with Creative colleagues to drive creative inspiration and ideation
Present solutions and ideas to customer
Partner with Analytics, Media, and Digital to ensure the information within the agency
Monitor implementation to ensure quality and in line with the strategy outlined
Evaluate campaign effectiveness
2. Occasional duties
Client Service: business trips for maintaining a relationship with the client.
Other tasks assigned by Senior Strategic Planner/Head of Knowledge.
...And you have:
Education:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Language proficiency:
Excellent & professional skills in both English & Vietnamese; any other language is a plus
Working experience:
A minimum of one year in a creative, online, branding, or digital agency setting.
Possess an understanding of marketing, branding, research, and digital marketing.
Capabilities:
Strategic and critical thinking
Plan, organize and implement work;
Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
Proactive, dynamic, and accountable
Public speaking, presentation & debate skills
Microsoft skill, especially PowerPoint or Keynote design
