As a Student Account Manager, you will work directly with students and parents, be responsible for establishing and executing US application strategy as well as ensuring the success of the applications.
Equally important, you are responsible for building sincere and trustful relationships with both students and parents and become a source of inspiration for them.
Finally, as a member of GPA Vietnam, the Student Account Manager is expected to exercise sound judgment and maintain GPA's ethical standards in all professional and business-related situations.

Duties and Responsibilities (based on a 44-hour work week)
The Student Account Manager's responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
Compose the counseling strategy for each students and oversee smoothly
execution thoughout preparation and application years (1-4 years)
Instruct the students to prepare and complete the application components as required
Establish and maintain the trustful relationship with potential, existing and loyal clients
Assist Management team in handling internal as well as external crisis
Assist in innovating the counseling system and curriculum
Provide counseling expertise in support of Marketing & Sales activities in order to achieve organizational goals
Requirement
Degree from US colleges OR 2-3 years of experience in oversea
education/consultation
Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
Proactivity, open mind and great critical thinking skills
Great attention to detail and absolute accuracy
Personal and professional maturity
Passion to help, inspire and change life
