Student Recruitment Advisor supporting Temple University, USA

Location: HCMC (preferred) or remote in Vietnam
Grok Global Services is seeking a Vietnam-based Student Recruitment Advisor to support Temple University in driving undergraduate and graduate recruitment across Vietnam and possibly the broader SEA region. This role focuses on regional outreach planning, brand-building, lead generation, and conversion activities that directly contribute to Temple's enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional outreach plan considering cultural and market specificities, to grow brand awareness and drive applications across the region.
Meet KPI targets related to outreach activity, lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.
Convert leads from existing pipeline and generate new leads through fairs, school visits, and localized engagement in Vietnam and possibly in the wider SEA region if needed.
Serve as the primary advisor for all prospective student follow-up after each event, ensuring timely, high-quality engagement.
Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local high school counselors.
Provide weekly reports summarizing outreach, follow-up, conversion progress, and market insights.
Participate in virtual and in-person recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions across the region.
Attend regular online meetings with Temple's Global Outreach team to share feedback, market observations, and status updates.
Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local high school counsellors, selected education partners/ agents, and advisers at EducationUSA.
Coordinate and facilitate visits from Temple representatives, including senior management. This role would also be responsible for planning and delivering engagement and outreach activities for prospective students, parents, school counsellors, education agents, and/or alumni.
Plan and manage allocated budget.
Most Suitable Background
3-5 years in higher education, international recruitment, or placement services.
Bachelor's degree; strong academic performance.
Experience representing an overseas university (preferred).
Study or work experience in the USA (preferred).
English: Professional Working Proficiency required
Vietnamese and other regional languages a plus
Access to an existing network of local contacts with schools, Universities, and counselors (preferred).
