1. Job Description
- Provide nursing care and health support to students and employees in accordance with professional standards and Academy procedures;
- Assess health conditions and care needs, develop appropriate care plans, and provide nursing interventions within the scope of professional qualifications;
- Provide first aid, respond promptly to medical emergencies, and coordinate referrals to healthcare facilities when necessary;
- Monitor students and employees receiving care and follow up on their recovery;
- Maintain accurate records of health assessments, care provided, incidents, and follow-up actions;
- Coordinate with students, families, academic staff, employees, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care;
- Provide health information and guidance appropriate to students' and employees' needs;
- Ensure the quality, safety, and effectiveness of nursing care, seeking professional guidance when necessary;
- Promptly report medical incidents, unexpected events, and health concerns to the appropriate personnel;
- Notify the Academic Coordinator of student sickness or health-related absences;
- Maintain confidentiality of medical records and personal information, ensuring access is limited to authorized purposes;
- Follow applicable professional requirements and internal healthcare procedures;
- Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned by the line manager.
2. Requirements
- Professional qualification in Nursing or an equivalent healthcare qualification relevant to the role;
- At least 1 year of professional experience in patient care;
- Knowledge of nursing practices, first aid, and emergency response;
- Ability to assess healthcare needs, prioritize tasks, and provide care within the scope of professional qualifications;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with students, families, and employees;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external healthcare providers;
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position;
- A responsible, attentive, and service-oriented approach;
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential health information.
