Supervisor, New Business & Underwriting

▪ In charge of UAT new products, new projects, new systems, enhance systems, and fixing production issues relevant NBU. Develop and make daily/monthly reports of NBU.
▪ Support NBU manager in managing and handling daily tasks of NBU (especially at month-end) within the new business & underwriting ensure the workload distribution is well organized and continuously contribute to building the company.
1. Main duty
▪ Manage and run all daily tasks of UAT, such as giving requirements, negotiating with partners, vendors, creating test data, running UAT, manage the timeline and UAT processes to ensure projects are completed timely and with good results
▪ Support UW to underwrite new applications, handle pending returns when needed, especially at month-end.
▪ Investigate and resolve escalated issues or complaints
▪ Build strong relationships with other sections in OP, IT, project members, and others in SHLV.
2. Support team
▪ Support the testing team to ensure objectives, results, and timelines are met
▪ Coordinator with all team members, especially at month end for clearing pending, backlog with high volume
▪ Assist and back up to manage NB team and support new team members in working through the induction program, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively perform their role and participate on the team
▪ Provide training and quality assessment for team members as required
