Mô tả công việc
Establish a good and clear WI or SIP for checking molds/jigs, tools, and metal components.
Confirm and check the incoming inspection result; handle the abnormality.
Work with suppliers to improve molds/jigs, tools, and metal component quality.
Arrange daily IQC work according to production feeding demand.
Handle the abnormal material, follow up on the material complaints from the production line, and work with the supplier to take corrective actions.
Accept the proposal and suggestion from IQC inspectors; handle the rational suggestion and feedback to the manager for things out of duty.
Drive supplier set up high quality assurance team.
Review and discuss the achievement of quality goals and improvement actions.
Perform supplier evaluation for selecting or periodical audit.
Check and confirm the non-conformance issue, verify the effectiveness, and follow up on its improvement of suppliers.
Validate and control supplier process change and material change.
Confirm and check the incoming inspection result; handle the abnormality.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Polymer
Minimum 3 years of related experience (supplier quality or quality engineering), preferably in the automotive business and composites field.
Knowledge of quality system requirements for IATF16949/5 core tools (APQP,FMEA, SPC, MSA,PPAP), 8D Report. Internal quality auditor, lean is a plus.
Knowledge of quality inspection and quality assurance techniques, theories, principles, and drawings.
Good English communication skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Minimum 3 years of related experience (supplier quality or quality engineering), preferably in the automotive business and composites field.
