Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Leading SQE team to achieving a state of high quality performance at our supplier partners through the application and practice of product quality planning during NPI process and after mass production;
• Quality engineering capability assessments of potential new suppliers;
• Driving problem solving activities for the issues captured from production ;
• Ensure critical to quality characteristics are flown down by suppliers;
• Monitor the quality of suppliers and promote continuous improvement of suppliers;
• Coordinate the exchange of internal and external quality information, and coach suppliers to carry out standardized production;
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
• B.S. in Engineering or above;
• >5 years of proven design supplier quality engineering experience;
• Knowledge of ISO9001/14001;
• Experience in support global projects;
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality system and working in regulated industry;
• Experience on supplier quality management measurement practice;
• Experience on surface treatment process is preferred;
• Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerance;
• Strong English Written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong communication and leadership skill, able to communicate issues between internal organizations and external.
