Supplier Quality Engineer

Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
Three or more years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, new-product qualification, or product development; experience supporting seasonal or electrical products is preferred.
Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis, CAPA/SCAR, supplier audits, process-control reviews, production readiness, and risk-based quality planning.
Working knowledge of FMEA, control plans, SPC, 5 Whys, fishbone analysis, 4M1E change control, and structured continuous-improvement methods.
Strong data-analysis and reporting capability, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is preferred.
Fluent written and spoken English. Vietnamese language capability is required for local supplier engagement; Mandarin is strongly preferred.
Able and willing to travel frequently to supplier and factory locations within Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Functional knowledge: Supplier quality systems, factory capability assessment, APQP/Pre-Q, process audits, production readiness, inspection governance, testing, and service-provider management.
Problem solving: Advanced application of FMEA, 5 Whys, fishbone analysis, SPC, control plans, 4M1E, CAPA, SCAR, Kaizen, and change management.
Business and data acumen: Ability to interpret customer, return, inspection, delivery, and supplier-performance data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Execution: Strong ownership, prioritization, project leadership, and follow-through, with clear accountability for actions, risks, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Collaboration: Able to influence suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, build trust, and work effectively in a global team environment.
