*This role will be working temporarily at our LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University - Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by the end of 2024 (Shuttle buses are provided from HCMC & Bien Hoa city)
*Vị trí này sẽ làm việc tạm thời tại Trung tâm Đào tạo của LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (Trường Đại học quốc tế Miền Đông), và sẽ di chuyển địa điểm làm việc về khu vực nhà máy tại VSIP3 vào cuối năm 2024 (Có hỗ trợ xe đưa đón từ TP.HCM và TP. Biên Hòa)
Core Responsibilities
• Based on specific circumstances, carry out incoming material inspection and NC handling activities to ensure effectiveness & efficiency
Thực hiện kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu đầu vào và xử lý các sản phẩm không đạt tiêu chuẩn để đảm bảo hiệu quả & hiệu suất theo từng trường hợp khác nhau.
• Support production with fast containment of supplier problems
Nhanh chóng hỗ trợ bộ phận sản xuất ngăn chặn các lỗi phát sinh từ nhà cung cấp
• Request suspicious materials isolation and give disposition according to non conforming Material procedure
Yêu cầu cách ly và xử lý theo quy trình đối với các nguyên vật liệu không phù hợp
• Record complaints of internal and external suppliers in NCMS system including quality issues, FSC issues etc. when requested
Lưu trữ các khiếu nại từ nhà cung cấp nội bộ và bên ngoài vào hệ thống NCMS, bao gồm các lỗi liên quan đến chất lượng, FSC, v.v. khi được yêu cầu
• Actively handling claims with suppliers and set up corrective actions for follow-up
Chủ động xử lý & theo dõi các khiếu nại với nhà cung cấp cũng như để xuất các giải pháp phòng ngừa hiệu quả
• Support Test coordination and implement VQG within the Team
Tham gia hỗ trợ các hoạt động thử nghiệm và triển khai tiêu chuẩn ngoại quan nội bộ
• Support in Novelty introduction projects and secure material performance
Hỗ trợ các dự án liên quan đến phát triển sản phẩm mới & đảm bảo chất lượng của nguyên vật liệu
• Support Supplier Confidentiality line audit when requested
Hỗ trợ đánh giá tính bảo mật trên dây chuyền sản xuất của nhà cung cấp khi được yêu cầu
• Drive SQI team data collection and analysis for continuous improvement
Thúc đẩy việc thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu của nhóm "quản lý chất lượng nhà cung cấp toàn cầu " để cải tiến liên tục
• In specific circumstances, onsite present at supplier site for verification / troubleshooting
Kiểm định và giải quyết sự cố trực tiếp tại khu vực sản xuất của nhà cung cấp khi có yêu cầu
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager
Hoàn thành các công việc khác được giao từ quản lý
General responsibilities involved with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality:
• Report any kind of incident occurred in Plant, immediately to the responsible authorities. (For example: Immediate supervisor, EHS area, etc.)
Báo cáo ngay lập tức mọi sự cố xảy ra trong nhà máy đến các bộ phận có liên quan. (Ví dụ: Giám sát viên trực tiếp, bộ phận EHS, v.v.)
• Follow established guidelines according to the policies for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality governed within the LEGO Group
Tuân thủ theo các hướng dẫn thuộc về chính sách An toàn, Sức khỏe, Môi trường và Chất lượng của Tập đoàn LEGO
• Actively participate in activities related to the topic of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in the plant. (For example: Training, drills, programs, etc.)
Tích cực tham gia vào các hoạt động liên quan đến An toàn, Sức khỏe, Môi trường và Chất lượng trong nhà máy. (Ví dụ: Đào tạo, diễn tập, dự án khác, v.v.)
• Comply with the guidelines established in the processes in Global and Local way to fulfill the requirements of the OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001, FSC and IMS
Tuân thủ các hướng dẫn được đề ra trong quy trình toàn cầu & quy trình tại LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam để đáp ứng các yêu cầu liên quan đến OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001, FSC và IMS
• Deliver on time and schedule the established processes and procedures related to the environmental care, including the correct waste handling and recycling, as well as the correct use of all resources like water and electricity, report any missing material for achieving this processes in the right form, also participate with any continuous improvement ideas focused on the environmental care.
Hoàn thành đúng hạn và lên kế hoạch cho các quy trình cũng như hoạt động liên quan đến việc bảo vệ môi trường; bao gồm xử lý và tái chế chất thải đúng cách, sử dụng các nguồn tài nguyên như nước và điện một cách hợp lý, báo cáo những điểm còn thiếu sót để hoàn thiện quy trình. Đồng thời, tham gia đóng góp các ý tưởng cải tiến liên tục liên quan đến việc bảo vệ môi trường.

Yêu cầu công việc
Do you have what it takes?
• Degree in Vocational School, College or University education preferred.
Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp cao đẳng nghề, cao đẳng hoặc đại học.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in quality management.
Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Quản lý chất lượng.
• Prefer candidates who have experience in materials, packaging technology, paper, plastics,...
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực nguyên vật liệu, công nghệ đóng gói, giấy, nhựa,...
• Can read and write in English.

LEGO là hãng sản xuất đồ chơi trẻ em Đan Mạch, xuất phát từ một xưởng gia đình chuyên làm đồ chơi bằng gỗ. Sau 90 năm, LEGO trở thành doanh nghiệp toàn cầu với sáu nhà máy và là một trong những nhà sản xuất đồ chơi lớn nhất thế giới.
Nhà máy Lego tại Việt Nam là nhà máy thứ 7 của Lego trên thế giới và là nhà máy trung hoà Carbon đầu tiên của tập đoàn.
Công ty TNHH Lego Manufacturing Việt Nam, một doanh nghiệp 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, đã thực hiện dự án nhà máy tại Bình Dương, Việt Nam. Nhà máy này đã hoàn thành 26% tổng khối lượng xây dựng trong giai đoạn 1 và sẽ có 4.000 việc làm mới được tạo ra trong vòng 15 năm tới. Tập đoàn này đang tiến thêm một bước để hướng đến việc hoàn thành xây dựng nhà máy trị giá 1,3 tỷ USD tại Việt Nam. Ngoài ra, Lego cũng đang chuẩn bị lao động, nhân sự để vận hành nhà máy và dự kiến sẽ có khoảng 100 người được tuyển dụng trong những tháng cuối năm 2023 và tăng lên 500 người trong năm 2024 để đảm bảo đi vào sản xuất trong nửa cuối năm 2024.
Số lao động được tuyển dụng để vận hành nhà máy dự kiến nâng lên tới 4.000 người, tạo ra việc làm và nguồn thu đáng kể cho ngân sách.
Lego cho biết trên website, sẽ có các vị trí tuyển dụng trong lĩnh vực Kỹ thuật và Sản xuất, cũng như Nhân sự, Tài chính và Chuỗi cung ứng,... Ứng viên dù là sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp hay chuyên gia sản xuất đều có cơ hội việc làm.
