You will be placed into one of five functional tracks: Sales, Customer Service (CS), Documentation, Accounting, or Operations Coordination, based on your strengths and the company's needs, and trained 1:1 by a dedicated Mentor throughout a 2-month on-the-job learning journey.
This is a hybrid role: part job-based, running the real day-to-day operations of your assigned track, and part project-based, where you own a self-driven AI/system optimization project from problem to solution. You get the discipline of a real job and the ownership of running your own project, in the same 2 months.
- Weeks 1-2: Observe & Support (Onboarding)
- Shadow your Mentor to understand the end-to-end Supply Chain workflow at Ky Toc and your track's specific processes.
- Support with basic tasks: data entry, information lookup, document preparation.
- Month 1: Guided Execution
- Take ownership of small, clearly-defined KPIs under your Mentor's supervision, for example:
- Sales: Market research, approach to potential clients, build and qualify a lead list.
- CS: Treat every customer order as its own supply chain solution, proactively handle inquiries end-to-end.
- Documentation & Customs: Own the documentation workstream of every SCM project, compile and steer customs dossiers through review.
- Accounting: Run the financial checkpoint of every order, prepare invoices and bookkeeping entries with accuracy.
- Operations: Act as the coordination hub of every SCM project, track progress end-to-end and align carriers/partners to keep all moving parts on schedule.
- Join weekly 1:1 check-ins (15 mins) with your Mentor to review progress and adjust your learning plan.
- Month 2: Independent Execution
- Handle a full work cycle of your track with lighter supervision, taking accountability for output quality.
- Participate in a mid-term and final competency evaluation to measure your growth.
- Ongoing (Job-based): CRM/ERP Data Management
- Accurately log and update your work on the company's Odoo ERP/CRM system, following data entry protocols.
- Ongoing (Project-based): System & AI Optimization
- Own an end-to-end optimization project: identify a real bottleneck in your track's current workflow (on Odoo ERP or manual process) and design/build an AI-driven fix for it, e.g., an AI Coach Agent for L&D, an automated data-consolidation pipeline, or a smart reporting dashboard.
- Prototype, test, and iterate your solution against real data from your track, not just a demo, the goal is something the team can actually adopt.
- Measure and present the before/after impact (time saved, accuracy improved, output volume) to your Mentor and Head of Department at the mid-term/final review, as part of your competency evaluation.
