YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. ***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Evaluate and manage staffs /workers to meet company strategy
Strategic management of supply chain management of the whole Company including the following areas: Planning; Purchasing (Sourcing & Procurement); Logistics & Transportation (Logistics & Warehouse)
Constantly review external trends and identify internal opportunities for continuous improvement
Continuously improve, find solutions to optimize the cost of supply chain operations
Measure supplier key performance indicators
Overtime control office staff / worker
Optimizing supply chain operations throughout the Company through the development of processes and standards and Managing the company's strategic suppliers
Planning and developing supply management systems/software/tools suitable to the Company's characteristics. Work with the Technology department to build business modules (in-house or outsourced) to complete and enhance automation for supply chain operations.
Lead the end-to-end supply chain functions (purchasing, planning, logistics, & warehouse) to ensure delivery of quality
product with leading level of service to customers at lowest cost and inventory.
Create, implement and refresh the functional strategic plan and implement appropriate programs to address evolving
business requirements or issues, collaborating with other divisions, regions, carriers, freight forwarders and other supply chain partners.
To devise and implement the strategy supply chain and support operations and ensure that they have the capability required to deliver business plans profitably and to meet and exceed regulatory, customer and other stakeholder requirements.
Guide the sustainable change, performance improvement and career development of Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse teams.
Measure supplier key performance indicators and present findings back to BOD
Develop strong relationships with existing supply partners - evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and risks
Establish best practices for supplier management and on-time shipment performance
Building performance metrics for supply chain operations. Implement, compare, evaluate and improve indicators.
Supply Planning: Ensure / Approve the planning of production, raw and packaging materials and finished goods delivery are well managed in order to meet demand at highest level of service, at minimum level of inventory, enable efficient utilisation of factory resources and minimise slobs
Purchasing: Ensure the sourcing plan to be aligned for raw and packaging materials for short and long terms and drive value creation plans to improve margins and minimise impact of cost increase.
Promote and develop tight integration between planning, logistics and other operations areas and optimize performance in schedule attainment, adherence and on time delivery
Logistics including Import and Export: Manage logistics flow from raw and packaging materials planning to Factory delivery (freight, insurance and services) . And from warehouses and to customers' premise for finished goods (domestics and oversea) . Ensure international trade, local regulatory and tax compliance throughout the full flow
