Mô tả công việc
The role mainly supports the Singapore market.
The contract duration: 6 months
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Management
• Process and monitor customer orders from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle documentation and compliance for import/export activities.
S&OP
• Support monthly S&OP cycles by consolidating demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance teams to align on inventory and capacity planning.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions to balance supply and demand.
Logistics Coordination
• Liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse teams for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
• Optimize transportation and warehousing costs.
Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and supply chain KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from management.
Other Responsibilities
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
• Support internal audits and compliance checks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field, preferably in a trading environment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related discipline
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with data entry, reporting, and using ERP or supply chain systems
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
