JOB DESCRIPTION - MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Monitor FGs in & out from & to the brewery with real-time system updates.
• Monitor raw materials/packaging materials and other inventories in the warehouse of the company.
• Analyze stock level across the business location of the company and sales performance of the business of the company to provide proactive action plans for shortage or obsolete risks.
• Weekly/Monthly Brewing Plan according to the Demand vs existing inventory level.
• Weekly/Monthly Kick-out Plan for new production based on the required quantity and existing inventory levels.
• Weekly/Monthly Packaging Plan according to the demand from restaurants nationwide and the partner in rolling 4 weeks.
• Weekly Delivery Plan according to the purchase order of the restaurant and the partner.
• Monthly Demand Plan Update from the restaurants and the partner.
• Weekly Transportation arrangement for delivery out across all the restaurants nationwide and delivery in to collect empty kegs across all the restaurants nationwide.
• Monthly FGs in-out reconciliation & keg balance reconciliation across all the restaurants nationwide and Warehouse & Brewery.
• Monthly Logistic Expenses reconciliation with suppliers.
• Plan for quantity of weekly/month volume kick out vs planning for keg needed to fill.
• Weekly/Monthly Planning for upcoming raw materials/packaging materials
purchasing according to the weekly/monthly brewing plan.
• Handle risks associated with stock's obsolescence/overstock, lack of brewing plan vs demand, delivery process, warehouse, or resolve incidents such as incorrect or returned goods.
• Create and modify reports as requested by different departments and troubleshoot issues related to the system.
• Operate the system, retrieve information, and perform data queries as needed.
• Work with the team to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensure optimal inventory level.
• Actively research and identify opportunities or risks regarding production plan/purchasing plan/packaging plan/delivery to help the company improve in terms of cost and better quality standards.
• Analyze business sales performance of the company to provide business sales insight and improvement ideas in terms of planning for new product development for new trends or etc.
