1. Driving Sustainability for Internal Stakeholders:
a. Develop and implement training programs to raise awareness and understanding of sustainability practices among employees.
b. Lead the implementation of TBC-Ball Beverage Can Vietnam Company Limited's sustainability goals, focusing on continuous improvement in environmental performance.
c. Create engaging activities and initiatives to foster a company culture that values sustainability and social impact.
2. Driving Sustainability for External Stakeholders and Managing External Communication:
a. Advocate for the environmental benefits of aluminum cans to external stakeholders, emphasizing product stewardship and recyclability.
b. Educate consumers and partners about the importance of recycling aluminum cans and support initiatives to increase recycling rates.
c. Organize community outreach programs and activities to demonstrate TBC-Ball Beverage Can Vietnam Company Limited's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
d. Collaborate with customers, partners, and government agencies to develop joint initiatives that promote sustainable practices and address environmental challenges.
g. Coordinate and participate in sustainability-related events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase TBC-Ball Beverage Can Vietnam Company Limited's commitment to sustainability.
