System Admin Junior/Fresher

As the company expands into more markets across the region, we are looking for a System Admin to join the Technology Operations team. The candidate is responsible for planning and working on operations.

• Monitor system and service performance, which is maintained by the team, continuously optimize, or conduct the necessary investigation to ensure no compromises.
• Engaged in the Infrastructure team to monitor and to plan for vulnerability fixes on Cloud Infrastructure (CI/CD).
• Engaged in the VoIP team to handle support ticket level 2, working with the telco provider for troubleshooting.
• Manage access management, mobile device management, and equipment management for new employees in compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, and CSA-Star-2 (Type 1 / Type 2) procedures.

• Essential
  • Strong knowledge in networking and system fields such as TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, LAN/VLAN, MAC address, Firewall, NAT, IPv4, IPv6, Switching/Routing, VPN, Active Directory, IAM, Group Policies
  • Understanding of Google Workspace Enterprise and Amazon Web Services
  • Understanding of server and service monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis
  • Understanding of release management process and support process of the application development
  • Ability to work varying hours both after normal hours and on weekends as needed to minimize client impact
  • Can-do attitude and high responsibility.
• Desirables
  • Good command of English.
  • Having a CCNA / MCSA / AWS SSA certification is a plus.
  • Having knowledge of VoIP is a big plus
  • Having experience implementing certified ISO 27001, SOC2, and CSA-Star-2 systems is a big plus.
