Mô tả công việc

RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS FOR THE ROLE
• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Ensure high availability and performance of business-critical applications (Mbrain, ERP, Anaplan, MES, PLM, etc.).
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Develop and maintain production-related applications to improve operational efficiency.
• Document IT procedures and best practices.
TASKS AND RECURRING ACTIVITIES
• Perform regular system maintenance and software updates.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Ensure data backups and disaster recovery plans are up-to-date.
• Support end-users with IT-related inquiries and technical training.

Yêu cầu

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
