Mô tả công việc
- Prepare manufacturing documents: MOI, PFMEA, Fixture List, Debug Report, DFM / Chuẩn bị các tài liệu sản xuất: MOI, PFMEA, danh sách đồ gá (Fixture List), báo cáo debug, DFM.
- Maintain fixtures and machines, including smart screwdrivers, screw machines, glue machines, CCD systems, press fixtures, and plasma machines / Bảo trì và duy trì đồ gá và thiết bị, bao gồm: tua vít điện thông minh, máy bắn vít, máy bơm keo, hệ thống CCD, đồ gá ép và máy plasma.
- Maintain SFIS, Keypart, BOM, and production routing / Duy trì và quản lý SFIS, Keypart, BOM và lộ trình sản xuất (Routing).
Analyze and debug FPY, IPQC, and line-down issues / Phân tích và xử lý lỗi liên quan đến FPY, IPQC và các sự cố dừng chuyền sản xuất (Line Down).
Yêu cầu
- Have process or machine experience / Có kinh nghiệm về quy trình sản xuất hoặc thiết bị/máy móc.
- Could communicate in Chinese or English / Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng
tiếng Trung hoặc
tiếng Anh.
- Could commute to the company by shuttle bus or bicycle.
