Mô tả công việc
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract diverse talent across various functions.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.
Collaborate with HODs to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to build a talent pipeline.
Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and adjust as necessary.
Onboarding & Integration:
Design and implement engaging onboarding programs that integrate new hires into the company culture smoothly.
Collaborate with team leaders to establish mentorship programs and ensure new employees feel welcomed and supported.
Culture Development:
Champion a positive company culture by organizing team-building activities, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with HODs to develop and promote programs focused on employee development, recognition, and well-being.
Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of culture initiatives and propose solutions for enhancement.
We actually prefer someone comfortable wearing multiple hats when needed. For this role, it means certain admin/paperwork tasks to support accountant and CEO office

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or cultural development, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and employees at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for building inclusive workplaces and promoting company culture.
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or cultural development, preferably in the technology sector.
