Mô tả công việc

BC Concept JSC is strongly growing, and People Operations Department is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join us to build a top-notch company in the F&B field.
In this role, you will establish yourself as a subject matter expert, partner and collaborate with hiring managers to effectively leverage process, strategic sourcing, and recruitment programs to deliver good recruitment service.
You will provide full-life cycle recruiting services to internal customers, build a strong employment brand, develop a successful learning culture, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

* Talent Acquisition (60%)
Manage end to end recruitment process for the company including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding in both Operations Division & Back Office Division.

Create innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
Manage candidate pipeline through various channels and build the good relationship with potential candidates in long term.
Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Analyze hiring metric, market mapping and competitor status and has the ability to provide recruitment insights to business.
Conduct and improve orientation process for new hires to facilitate good integration with the company.

* Employer Branding (20%)

Make strategy, ensure implementation and report regularly employer branding activities (both internal and external ones).
Lead & involve in all activities for expanding sourcing channels: Technical workshop/seminar, Job Fairs, Talk shows, ...
Maintain different relationships with business partners (e.g., Universities, Communities, etc.).
Promote company brand through social network channels (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn...).
Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding.

* Learning & Development (20%)

Be involved in training activities including TNA, program design, course delivery, course evaluation.
Continuously improve and update the processes of training and development strategies.
Provide comprehensive reports on all trainings

Yêu cầu

Age: 24 - 27
Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 1 years of professional experience in recruitment & employer branding, preferably F&B field
Experience in handling the mass recruitment
Experience using recruitment channels & social media tools
Ms Office: Advanced, especially Excel & PPT. English: Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Negotiation and Presentation skills
Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
Energetic and outgoing personality

Nice to have:

Basic design, photography skills
Data analyst skills
