- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Creative & Digital roles (SEO,
Digital Marketing, Social, Graphic Design.. etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong digital talent pipeline via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles for Digital teams.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Manage offer preparation, negotiation, and support onboarding process.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring reports and data.
- Stay updated on digital talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring insights.
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Consultant.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for Digital Marketing, Creative, Performance, or related roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job platforms, and digital communities.
- Experience in headhunting or recruitment agencies is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, ATS and HR systems.
