Recruitment:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Prepares offer letters, probation contracts & prepare for on-boarding of employment for prospective candidates.
Support other departments to post & hire both blue-collar and white collar workers.
Perform full-life cycle of the recruitment process.
Obtain and assess reference checks of the candidates.
Employer Branding:
Leading employer branding initiatives on social networks.
Expanding the source of candidates in the recruitment area through online and offline channels.
Connect and create close relationships with school units, mass organizations (Women's Union, youth union, ward agency, friend committee, police, ...), and job introduction centers, ... at the area in charge).
Collaborate with teams to develop online channels (Facebook, Zalo, Recruitment Website, ...).
Searching for new recruitment offline channels to develop regional candidate sources.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS platforms (e.g., Lever), and recruitment channels.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Good understanding of recruitment compliance and employment practices.
Good command of English.
