Talent Acquisition
Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that exceeds business needs
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles across the company.
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing expertise and guidance on recruitment strategy, market insights, and selection best practices.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions - from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment standards.
Stay updated on market trends, emerging recruitment tools, and technologies to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Prepare and analyze recruitment performance reports, tracking progress against KPIs and hiring goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support HR and business objectives.
Employer Branding
Develop and design creative content (visuals, videos, articles) to promote recruitment campaigns and enhance the company's employer brand presence.
Manage and grow digital recruitment channels, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and employer engagement programs at universities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding and communication activities, proposing innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
