- Handle end-to-end mass recruitment for factory and production positions.
- Build and develop effective recruitment sources and candidate pipelines.
- Post jobs on various platforms (Facebook, Zalo, Job sites, Referrals, Communities, Schools...).
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Design recruitment posters/content using Canva and support employer branding activities.
- Monitor hiring progress and prepare recruitment reports.
Yêu cầu
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, focus on mass recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing/factory recruitment is preferred.
- English for communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic design skills with Canva is a plus.
- Strong communication, proactive and results-oriented.
