Talent Acquisition & HR Performance Specialist

✓ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
✓ At least 5 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
✓ Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
✓ Good sourcing capability through LinkedIn, job sites, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
✓ Some exposure to Performance Management/KPI, C&B or other HR functions; supporting experience is sufficient.
✓ Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
✓ Good English communication skills.
✓ Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
✓ Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical and willing to develop across broader HR functions.
