Responsibilities:
Recruitment (80%)
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Administrative Support (20%)
Handle documentation and ensure compliance with HR processes.
Provide logistical support for recruitment events and activities.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR leadership.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a university program in Human or related fields.
Proven ability to successfully conduct employer branding campaigns or similar initiatives.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
