Work Location: VSIP1, Thuận An, Bình Dương (Bình Hòa, TP HCM)
Primary Responsibilities
- Support job posting on recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, university channels)
- Source candidates through databases, social platforms, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate database and tracking systems
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities
- Support reporting on recruitment progress and hiring metrics
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference for candidates from Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook is an advantage).
- Familiarity with design or presentation tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
