Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a pivotal role in building and executing Masan Consumer's talent acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent that aligns with our organizational goals and values. The role will require a deep understanding of the FMCG sector, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving talent initiatives that will contribute to the company's continued growth.
Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on leadership, technical, and high-potential roles. Collaborate with HRBP teams and Head of Talent Management to address hiring priorities and workforce needs.
2. Stakeholder Management: Partner with HRBP and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide expertise on recruitment best practices. Build strong relationships with external agencies to enhance recruitment reach.
3. Branding & Candidate Experience: Strengthen Masan Consumer's employer brand by promoting a compelling employee value proposition. Ensure a positive candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding, leveraging social media and industry networks.
4. Data-Driven Approach & Reporting: Monitor key recruitment metrics, providing insights to leadership on trends, pipeline status, and process improvements to optimize hiring efficiency.
5. Talent Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices to inform Masan Consumer's talent strategy. Provide market intelligence to leadership to guide decision-making.
6. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Ensure adherence to best practices, diversity initiatives, and company policies.
7. Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes through new tools, technologies, and methodologies, driving innovation in digital recruitment and talent sourcing.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment and executive search in the FMCG industry.
- Understanding of the FMCG job market, talent pool, and labor laws
- Knowledge of Recruitment Tools (ATS, SAP etc.)
- Recruiting Techniques, Business English
