Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs while ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost optimization. This role leads and develops the Talent Acquisition team, improves recruitment processes, and contributes to building a strong employer brand to support the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Own the annual, quarterly, and monthly hiring plans aligned with company OKRs, managing full-cycle recruitment for leadership and business-critical roles to ensure quality, volume, and turnaround targets are met.
• Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and manage
Talent Acquisition Executives, setting clear KPIs, driving continuous professional development, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Process Optimization & Metrics: Streamline end-to-end hiring workflows, standardize assessment criteria, and track key recruitment metrics (Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Cost per Hire) to continuously boost efficiency.
• Employer Branding & Sourcing: Expand talent pipelines, strengthen external networks, university partnerships, and professional communities to enhance the company's employer brand and candidate experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• At least 1-2 years of experience leading a recruitment team of three or more
• Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Technology, Teaching/Education, and Back Office.
• Previous experience in EdTech, Technology, Startups, or other fast-growing organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and competency-based interviewing
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and prepare insightful reports.
