Mô tả công việc
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage and execute day-to-day the whole talent acquisition process (from identifying, analyzing annual demands, budget planning to building pipeline, sourcing, selection & hiring)
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategies, market trends, and health of candidate pipeline
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry, the human resources need, the policies and the benefits the company has to offer in order to maximize the fit between the organization and the potential candidates.
• Develop a large network of clients and contacts, successfully manage a database or network of potential managers in order to recommend the best external and internal candidates for management jobs
• Develop candidate talent pipelines via leveraging or developing all recruitment channels to attract and connect with potential talents
• Follow up and update ad-hoc and regular TA performance reporting; Ensure regular and predictable pipeline reporting for recruiting partners, HRBP and the business; including pipeline status with talent and market insights, calling out trends and appropriate hiring strategies in response.
• Responsible for administration works related to Recruitment & Selection
• Train hiring managers on interviewing & selection skills.
• Directly report to Head of TA
2. Employer Branding
• Build, plan and implement EB programs to increase brand recognition and attract talents
• Create, socialize, and implement plans to widen our influence as an attractive employer across multiple channels
• Write, edit, and develop content for Employee Brand communications, employee communications, recruitment collateral and digital material
• Build & develop good relationship with universities and colleges by organizing and participating in events including Job Fair, Career Talk, Management Trainee, Internship/Workplace Experience Program, Campus activities, etc aim to seek new talent graduates for recruitment purpose and candidate pool development
• Partner with HRBP, Marketing & Communications to ensure employer brand content is visually appealing, aligned with our overall brand voice and standards.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree holder in bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related degree
• At least 5 years of working experience in human resources, talent acquisition and/or employer branding with 500+ employees; Multinational organization experience preferred.
• Team player, strong collaboration
• Effective communication skill with strong business acumen and consulting skills to achieve win-win solutions among stakeholders
• Strong service mindset and high commitment to timeline and quality
• Well-versed in using LinkedIn, with good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, etc.; Knowledgeable about social media content, data, analytics and managing campaigns; Ability to tailor communications (written, verbal, video, etc.) to best meet the needs of the audience
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and deep understanding of employer branding
• High energy, well organized, discrete, professional and able to deal with complex employee retention issues in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 5 years of working experience in human resources, talent acquisition and/or employer branding with 500+ employees; Multinational organization experience preferred.
