Partnering effectively with HR teammates when working compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other processes.
Completion of any tasks that may be required from direct superior.
Analysis the exit interview to have the proper solution for divisions
Develop, motivate, and coaching to ensure a capable & engaging TA team
