Currently enrolled in a university program in Human, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work carefully and accurately.
Fast learner with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support various administrative tasks.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication and coordination skills. English proficiency is a plus

Recruitment Support (20%)
Support job posting across recruitment channels and job boards.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers as requested.
Talent Acquisition Operations (80%)
Prepare, process, and organize recruitment-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support internal approval workflows by preparing documents and coordinating signature processes.
Manage and track contracts, invoices, and related documents with recruitment vendors (e.g., headhunters and job boards).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support recruitment operations and administrative processes.
Organize, maintain, and archive recruitment documents and team records systematically.
Compile recruitment reports, data, and other information as requested.
Support the onboarding process by preparing and sending new hire announcements to internal stakeholders.
Welcome and assist new hires on their first working day to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Prepare onboarding welcome kits and maintain inventory to ensure availability for new hires.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Talent Acquisition team.
