Talent Acquisition Recruiter (WFH)

End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake meeting, job description refinement, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and priority timelines.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, university partnerships, communities, and headhunting.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Represent the company at career fairs, tech communities, and recruitment events when needed.
Process & Stakeholder Management
Drive efficient recruitment processes with clear SLAs and high candidate experience standards.
Conduct structured interviews and support hiring managers in assessment design.
Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health).
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure recruitment activities comply with Vietnamese labor law and company policies.
Continuously improve recruitment tools, processes, and candidate experience.
Contribute to onboarding process improvement and early-stage retention initiatives.
Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
3-6+ years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing skills.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Vietnamese
.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver under pressure.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Package for the TA role:
Salary up to 800 USD per month.
