Understand the business needs, analyze the job orders, devise and update job descriptions
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants,
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job sites, personal networks, etc.
Screen candidate's resume, overview applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
Sell the candidate to Hiring Managers, arrange interviews and coordinate with the candidate during the hiring process
Reference check if required
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for 1-5 years in IT
Deep understanding of recruiting within technology and
software engineering organizations;
Deep understanding of software engineering industry;
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks ;
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
