We're looking for a proactive, creative, and growth-minded Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our HR team.
You'll focus on Talent Acquisition (70%) and Employer Branding (30%), helping EmeSoft attract great talent and strengthen our employer brand.

What You Will Learn & Do?

Talent Acquisition (70%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and business positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and identify suitable candidates.
Proactively source, screen, interview, and engage candidates through multiple channels.
Coordinate onboarding and probation follow-ups to support new hire integration.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, track hiring metrics, and identify recruitment bottlenecks.
Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing strategies, candidate communication, reporting, and recruitment efficiency.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and automate repetitive tasks.

Employer Branding & Internal Engagement (30%)

Plan and execute employer branding activities across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Create engaging content showcasing EmeSoft's culture, people, and achievements.
Coordinate internal events, employee engagement activities, and talent outreach initiatives.
Use AI tools to support content creation, brainstorming, and communication planning.
Monitor branding performance and propose improvements to strengthen talent attraction and engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or employer branding, preferably in the technology industry.
Strong communication, sourcing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and good content writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with recruitment data, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
