Take responsibility for the recruitment process for the Japanese markets
Execute recruitment activities: post job advertisements, approach multiple sourcing channels to attract candidates
Coordinate with Team Leaders/Department Heads to arrange and conduct interviews
Handle onboarding procedures and other related HR tasks
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Economics, Management Science, Business Administration, or other related fields
At least 3 year of experience in IT recruitment (Focus on the Japanese market)
Knowledge of the IT industry is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of the recruitment process
Positive attitude, good teamwork spirit, and excellent communication skills
Proactive, fast-paced, and highly responsible
Ability to work under high pressure
