Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cicrle recruiting; implementing and executing effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions that will attract the right talent to the business.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Partner closely with hiring managers to define recruitment need
· Full execution of the recruitment process including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks, offer preparation, especially regular communication with candidates and hiring managers
· Build strong talent pipeline for the current and future hiring needs
· Manage all online recruitment channels of the company (Website, Facebook fan page, Linkedin Page, etc.) and all recruitment websites (Joboko, Career Builder, Joboko, etc.)
· Source potential candidates through online/ offline channels (social platforms, professional networks, community organizations, media channels,...)
· Support employer branding activities (Job Fairs, Interview Days, Career Talks,...)
· Update recruitment trend, channels, techniques to propose improvement for recruiting process.
· Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
· Weekly/ monthly report on recruitment update
· Other tasks assigned by TA manager
