Mô tả công việc
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company career pages.
Sourcing & Talent Pool Management:
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare interview questions and assessment tools and provide guidance to hiring teams on best practices.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback.
Manage candidate communication and scheduling in a professional and efficient manner.
Address candidate inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, including equal employment opportunity and data privacy regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role at least 2 years
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
