- Attract applicants by replacing job advertisements, contacting headhunter, using job sites
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirement
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, escorting applicant to interviews
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
- Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (Job fairs, seminars, career talks,...)
- Initiate or join in initiatives for Talent Attraction as well as Employer Branding
- Actively proposing and implementing ideas or actions to improve process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality
- Make weekly reports, monthly reports per requested
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree of Human Resources Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
- Have experience at least 2 years in mass recruitment, especially mass recruitment in banking industry
- Good in English writing and communication
- Strong in recruitment skills, communication, negotiation and presentation
