JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive recruitment requests and implement recruitment plans for Sales, Marketing, and other departments for office positions at Hoa Sen Home.
Recruit Management Trainees/Future Management Trainees; monitor the number of candidates, recruitment progress, and candidate data throughout the recruitment process.
Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms, screen applications, contact candidates, and conduct interviews.
Participate in university recruitment events, source suitable candidates, and contribute to employer branding activities.
Manage, monitor, and regularly update recruitment reports and status updates.
Handle onboarding procedures for new employees.
Prepare reports and analyze recruitment results and workforce status; propose solutions to improve recruitment effectiveness and quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in recruiting Management Trainees/Future Management Trainees, fresh graduates, or high-potential talent is preferred.
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Good communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Dynamic, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; able to work effectively under pressure.
Passionate about recruitment and committed to developing a long-term career in Human Resources.

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
