Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: 60%
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for staff to senior-level positions across functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and define effective hiring strategies
• Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels (job platforms, networking, referrals, direct sourcing)
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Mass Recruitment managing and Team Leadership: 25%
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4 recruiters to deliver high performance for operator hiring.
• Ensure effective execution of high-volume recruitment plans to meet workforce demands
• Monitor daily/weekly hiring progress, ensuring timely and quality hires
• Optimize recruitment channels and processes to improve speed and efficiency
Employer Branding: 15%
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness in the labor market
• Strengthen SAITEX's employer brand across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Zalo, Facebook, job fairs and universities).
• Partnerships with universities, communities, and local stakeholders to build sustainable talent pipelines
• Develop recruitment marketing campaigns and engaging content that highlight SAITEX's sustainable and innovative culture.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5-8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with 2 years at supervisor/ team leader level
• Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / retail or large workforce environments is highly preferred
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Good English communication (verbal and written).
Working time: 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM, Mon to Sat (2 Sat off/month)
