Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records in recruiting databases and track hiring progress.
Support onboarding activities and provide a positive experience for new hires.
Assist the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks and projects.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
6-month to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably hiring for IT/Tech positions (e.g.,
Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, especially Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus.
Salary: 8 - 10 million VND/month. Open to negotiating the base salary based on experience.
