Mô tả công việc
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
• Manages the overall talent acquisition process and ensures the availability of talents for positions in the company.
• Manages the overall Talent Management cycles from Goal Setting, Development Planning, Year End Reviews and Assessment
• Oversee deployment of learning solutions and drive Learning Culture
• Develop and deliver HR projects aligning with our business needs.
• Execute engagement plan in partnership with HRBPs & stakeholders
• Drive Employer Brand building internally and externally
• Be the interface between the Global Talent Team and the OC, delivering the talent services to OC
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead employment branding initiatives.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Plan and supervise recruitment and selection processes, conduct hiring for senior level.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and hiring success rate.
• Lead early career hiring and development program, attend career fairs, assessment center or other events.
• Lead the overall early career hiring program (Management Trainee, Operations Fresh, Leadership Programs, Regional Management Trainee Program)
• Partner with the HRDs to drive the Talent agenda and TRP Discussions
• Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
• Responsible for the overall cascade and integration of the company's EVP to the talent processes
• Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
• Ensure that the portfolio of learning solutions to meet developing business & customer needs with measurable impact and contributing to the building of core competencies.
• Contribute to learning planning and ensure, in partnership with the Vietnam Learning Team that effective deployments plans are in place for each target audience (Factory, Sales, Commercial)
• Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
• Lead HR projects to complete on time with high quality and within budget.
• Deploy global/regional policies, best practices and tools relating to leadership, talent management and ensure effective implementation.
• Work closely with the HR Director and the HRBPs in the deployment of the company's engagement survey and in the analysis and follow through and completion of action plans.

Yêu cầu
- University graduate in Psychology, HR, Business Management, or other related courses
- Strong interpersonal skills; Fluent in both spoken & written English.
- At least 8-10 years' experience combined experience in HR, preferably in FMCG companies with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
- Exemplary communication skills (both oral & written Vietnamese & English language)
- HR innovator and change agent.
- Knowledge of HR employment legislation and experience with various HR technology
- Strong interpersonal skills; Fluent in both spoken & written English.
- At least 8-10 years' experience combined experience in HR, preferably in FMCG companies with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
